Fixed wireless technology has been in use for more than two decades. Despite what the name suggests, it’s completely different from cellular mobile networks. While major mobile carriers now market “5G home internet” that relies on their cell towers—creating a shared and often congested network—local Wireless Internet Service Providers (WISPs) operate differently.

A WISP connects to the internet through dedicated fiber, coaxial, or telecom lines, then uses secure radio links to deliver that connection between fixed points. In our network, we connect directly to local DIA Fiber heads, usually only a hop or two to reach you. This hyper-local design avoids the multi-county wireless relay chains that add latency for many competitors.

Our secure wireless paths link your property directly to DIA Fiber—delivering gigabits of capacity, low-latency speed, and reliable enterprise-grade performance. Each customer’s signal travels between nearby stations, usually just a few miles or less apart, allowing data to move at high speed and low latency. The result is performance comparable to residential fiber, far faster than satellite, and significantly lower latency than most other wireless or cellular-based broadband options.
