Bursts of solar radiation can interfere with radio signals, causing them to fade or become distorted. Luckily this usually follows the sun's 11-year solar cycle with the reversal of the sun's magnetic field and generally isn't a problem for the years in between.
-If your internet goes out between 2-4 am do not unplug power until after 4:30 am. If power is stopped while updating there is the possibility of (BRICKING) permanently breaking the device that connects to our network. Again, when our equipment is updating or being reprogrammed and power is stopped before completed it can permanently break it. This would mean you will be without internet until a new device replaces the broken one outside.
Every so often we need to do network maintenance. If your internet stops around 2-4 am, it may be a network update. Be patient and see if your network comes back online. Most updates should take less than 15 minutes.
